with all insurance questions and billing issues. We are pleased to be a care provider for the insurance companies listed below. Insurance plans are added regularly. Contact our office for other plans and recently added plans.

We also offer our patients flexible payment options that coordinate with the treatments received. Whereas most insurance carriers cover therapies, they do not make allowances for preventive measures, general maintenance, or wellness care.
