After being greeted by our professional and courteous staff, you will be asked to complete a bit of paperwork. These personal information forms can also be filled out prior to your visit. Great care is taken to preserve the confidentiality of each patient. Prior to treatment, we will also require your insurance information in order to ascertain the range of covered expenses.
DETAILED CONSULTATION
Your initial meeting with the doctor will include a discussion of your current state of health and a thorough medical history will be taken. Copies of any relevant documents should be provided to the office.

UNDERSTANDING THE CAUSE OF HEALTH CHALLENGES
Following completion of the exam, the doctor will study the results, make a diagnosis and design the corresponding treatment plan. You will be asked to schedule a follow-up appointment with our office within 48 hours to discuss the outcome and the course of the recommended therapy.
